🗂 We’re Hiring: Investment Banking Specialist🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time💼 Level: Mid-Level to SeniorWe are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Investment Banking Specialist to support investment banking activities, financial analysis, transaction execution, and strategic advisory initiatives. This role will work closely with senior management, clients, investors, and financial professionals to evaluate opportunities, develop financial models, and support complex corporate and investment transactions.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Conduct financial and industry research to support investment and transaction decisions.• Perform detailed financial analysis, valuation, and company performance assessments.• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses.• Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, restructuring, and other corporate finance transactions.• Prepare pitch books, investment memorandums, financial presentations, and transaction materials.• Analyze market trends, industry developments, competitors, and investment opportunities.• Conduct company and sector research to identify potential investment and business opportunities.• Assist with due diligence processes and coordinate information gathering from clients and relevant stakeholders.• Support transaction structuring, financial analysis, and preparation of client recommendations.• Work with senior bankers and management teams to develop strategic financial solutions.• Prepare financial forecasts, sensitivity analyses, comparable company analyses, and transaction comparables.• Monitor transaction progress and maintain accurate documentation throughout the deal process.• Communicate with clients, investors, legal advisors, accountants, and other external stakeholders as required.• Support the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management and clients.• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive financial, corporate, and transaction-related information.✅ Requirements• Proven experience in investment banking, corporate finance, financial advisory, private equity, transaction services, or a related field.• Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and corporate finance principles.• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and investment analysis.• Strong knowledge of M&A, capital markets, fundraising, or corporate transactions is preferred.• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.• Ability to develop and interpret complex financial models and valuation analyses.• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.• Ability to manage multiple transactions, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of financial markets.• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.• CFA, CPA, ACCA, MBA, or other relevant professional qualifications are an advantage.🌟 What We Offer• Opportunity to work on high-value financial transactions and strategic corporate projects.• Exposure to M&A, capital raising, valuation, financial markets, and corporate finance.• Career progression into Senior Investment Banking Specialist, Investment Banking Associate, Vice President, Director, Managing Director, or Investment Banking Head roles.• A high-performance, analytical, and commercially focused work environment.• Training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.• Competitive compensation, performance-based incentives, and comprehensive benefits package.
