Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting industry and company research, analyzing financial statements, and helping with due diligence on potential transactions. The intern will collaborate with team members to compile market insights, track key performance indicators, and contribute to investment memos and internal reports. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring a strong commitment to learning and contributing in a fast-paced environment.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate business performance, and support transaction decision-making.Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Investments to understand capital markets, corporate finance concepts, and investment strategies.Candidates should possess Financial Modeling skills to build and maintain models for valuation, scenario analysis, and forecasting.Candidates should possess Due Diligence skills to assist in reviewing financial, operational, and market information for potential deals.Relevant skills such as proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with valuation methods (DCF, comparables), and basic accounting knowledge are beneficial.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment are expected.Stipend : 25k in hand, PPO after 6 months based on performance, Contact : 8920147270(whatsapp Only), or email at riya.sharma@meritshot.com
