GHC Growth Lab emphasizes quality, prompt support, and professional execution to help founders build sustainable, scalable businesses.Role Description The Investment Banking Intern at GHC Growth Lab will support advisory projects for startup clients through financial analysis, market research, and preparation of pitch materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with financial modeling, valuation support, investment memos, and due diligence on potential transactions. The intern will help compile data, prepare presentations, and contribute to strategic recommendations under the guidance of senior team members. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, requiring consistent collaboration with colleagues and startup clients.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret financial and business data.Foundational knowledge of Finance and Investments, including capital structures and valuation concepts.Hands-on exposure or coursework in Financial Modeling and building basic financial projections.Interest or experience in Due Diligence, including reviewing company information and market data.Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint or similar software).Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present findings concisely.High level of curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
