Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of M&A transactions.Build financial models, valuations and transaction analyses.Prepare client presentations and marketing materials.Conduct industry, company and market analysis across relevant subsectors.Work closely with senior bankers, clients and external advisers throughout transactions.

Key Requirements

Approximately 2-6 years’ investment banking experience, ideally within Natural Resources, Materials, Industrials, Energy or a related M&A team.Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.Demonstrated experience across live M&A transactions.Strong analytical skills and commercial judgement.A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively within a high-performing team.
