Investment Banking Vice President / Director - Dubai

Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesWe are seeking candidates with strong investment banking experience at Vice President or Director level, with hands-on transaction exposure across M&A, capital raising, debt and broader corporate finance advisory.Our client is an independent Dubai-based investment banking and financial advisory platform focused on cross-border transactions, capital solutions and strategic advisory.

The firm works with corporates, entrepreneurs, institutional investors, family offices and other sophisticated clients across the GCC and international markets, combining deep regional relationships with global execution capabilities across M&A, capital raising, restructuring and complex corporate finance situations.The role is well suited to an experienced investment banker who wants greater responsibility across transaction execution, client relationships and deal origination within an entrepreneurial platform. Candidates will work directly with senior leadership on live mandates, leading transactions from initial client engagement and strategic analysis through structuring, execution and closing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead execution of M&A, capital raising and broader corporate finance transactions across the GCC and international markets.Manage financial analysis, valuation, transaction structuring, modelling and preparation of client materials.Coordinate due diligence and transaction execution with clients, investors, lenders, advisers, legal counsel and other counterparties.Prepare and present strategic recommendations, transaction materials and financing proposals to senior client stakeholders.Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, financial sponsors, family offices, institutional investors and other sources of capital.Support origination of new advisory mandates and identify relevant transaction opportunities across the region.Manage junior team members across financial analysis, research, modelling and transaction preparation.Take significant ownership of transactions while working closely with the firm's senior investment banking leadership.

Qualifications

Several years of relevant investment banking, corporate finance or highly relevant advisory experience, with current seniority at Vice President or Director level.Demonstrable execution experience across M&A, capital raising, debt financing or other complex corporate finance transactions.Strong financial modelling, valuation and transaction analysis skills, with the ability to independently lead key workstreams.Experience managing transactions from initial engagement through due diligence, negotiation, documentation and closing.Strong client-facing capabilities and confidence interacting with founders, senior executives, investors and institutional counterparties.Excellent commercial judgement combined with strong analytical and presentation skills.Experience within the GCC or meaningful exposure to Middle Eastern clients and cross-border transactions is highly advantageous.Entrepreneurial, commercially minded and comfortable operating within a fast-moving advisory environment across several live mandates simultaneously.To apply, please submit your CV for consideration.
