In this role, the consultant will advise clients on property investment opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop tailored investment strategies aligned with clients’ financial objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial assessments, preparing investment proposals, presenting property options, and guiding clients through the purchasing process. The consultant will collaborate with internal teams, maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate regulations and market developments, and deliver high-quality customer service to build long-term client relationships.Qualifications Strong foundation in Finance, with practical experience in Investments and Investment Strategies.Proficiency in Financial Planning, including assessing risk profiles and creating tailored investment plans.Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally.Knowledge of real estate investment principles, ideally within the Dubai or broader UAE market.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively with diverse clients and colleagues.
