We are hiring an AI Strategy Director for a leading investment organization in the UAE.This is a business-focused AI role, not a hands-on engineering or coding position.The Director will identify practical AI opportunities across a diverse portfolio of companies and within the investment team.The mandateImprove productivity and reduce costs using AIDevelop AI-enabled products and revenue opportunitiesBuild business cases for AI investmentsHelp portfolio companies adopt practical AI solutionsImprove investment processes using AI toolsMeasure the financial and operational impactWhat we are looking forApproximately 10 to 12 years of business and technology experienceBackground in MBB, Big Four or a leading Tier 2 consultancy, with experience in private equity, capital markets or portfolio value creation, and a strong specialization in AI-led transformation.Strong knowledge of AI capabilities and business applicationsExperience identifying, assessing and enabling AI use casesAbility to build business cases with clear costs, benefits and returnsConfidence working with senior executives and portfolio-company leadersStrong stakeholder, vendor and change-management skillsComfortable connecting business requirements with technical teamsEducationBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology or a related fieldMBA or master’s degree in technology or AI is an advantageImportantThis role does not require someone to personally build AI systems.The successful candidate must understand AI well enough to:Identify where it can create measurable valueChallenge technical teams and vendorsAssess commercial feasibilityGuide adoptionHold stakeholders accountable for results
