قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجInvestment Director – Public Private Partnerships (PPP)Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEAbout the OpportunityA leading infrastructure and development organisation is seeking an experienced Investment Director – Public Private Partnerships (PPP) to play a pivotal leadership role in the origination, development, structuring and execution of major infrastructure investments across the UAE and wider region.Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, this is a strategic position responsible for leading the evaluation, negotiation and execution of complex PPP and concession opportunities from early-stage origination through to financial close. The successful candidate will combine strong infrastructure investment expertise with commercial acumen and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple high-value transactions. This role is ideally suited to an individual with experience working within an infrastructure developer, concessionaire, investment platform or infrastructure fund.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the origination, evaluation and execution of complex PPP, concession and infrastructure investment opportunities.Manage opportunities from initial screening through development, procurement, negotiation and financial close.Lead commercial negotiations with government authorities, sponsors, investors, lenders, advisors and consortium partners.Structure commercially viable investment solutions across transport, utilities, energy, social infrastructure and real estate infrastructure projects.Oversee financial modelling, valuation analysis, investment committee papers and transaction documentation.Drive competitive bid strategies and lead the commercial aspects of PPP tenders and unsolicited proposals.Coordinate internal and external technical, financial, legal and commercial advisors throughout each transaction.Lead due diligence activities and manage transaction risks through all stages of project development.Build strong relationships with developers, contractors, institutional investors, banks and strategic partners.Support fundraising initiatives and financing strategies alongside lending institutions and equity partners.Provide leadership, mentoring and direction to investment professionals within the team.Present investment recommendations to executive management and investment committees.Monitor market trends, emerging infrastructure opportunities and government PPP programmes.Candidate Requirements.The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:Essential Experience:Significant experience within infrastructure investment, PPP, project finance or concessions.Strong infrastructure sector background across one or more of the following:Transport Rail & Metro Roads & HighwaysUtilitiesEnergy Social InfrastructureAirports Ports & LogisticsExperience working for an infrastructure developer, concessionaire, infrastructure investment platform or infrastructure fund.Proven management experience leading investment or transaction teams.Demonstrable experience leading successful PPP bids or infrastructure project procurements on behalf of a developer or private sector consortium.Proven track record taking projects through to commercial and financial close.Experience negotiating concession agreements, project agreements and complex commercial contracts.Strong understanding of project finance structures and lender requirements.Experience engaging directly with banks, financial institutions and investors to secure project financing.Experience managing multidisciplinary advisors including legal, technical and financial consultants.Preferred Background Candidates may come from organisations including:Infrastructure Developers PPP Infrastructure Investment FundsSovereign InvestmentPlatformsInfrastructure Asset Managers Concession CompaniesMajor Infrastructure SponsorsInternational Project DevelopersEducationBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, Real Estate or a related discipline.MBA, CFA or other relevant postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.
