Hays is partnering with a confidential investment platform in Saudi Arabia to appoint a Senior Investment Director to lead the execution of complex investment and real estate transactions.Role OverviewThis is a senior execution-focused role responsible for managing investment opportunities from underwriting and due diligence through structuring, approvals, negotiations, and closing. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, investors, developers, fund managers, and advisors to drive high-value transactions and support strategic investment decisions.Key Responsibilities:Lead the evaluation, structuring, and execution of complex investment opportunities across real estate, funds, joint ventures, and SPVs.Drive investment strategy, capital deployment decisions, and value creation initiatives across the portfolio.Oversee financial underwriting, valuation, transaction structuring, and investment return analysis.Present investment recommendations and strategic updates to senior management, Investment Committees, and Boards.Lead negotiations with investors, developers, lenders, fund managers, and strategic partnersProvide strategic oversight of due diligence, governance, risk management, and transaction execution.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the investment ecosystem.Mentor and develop investment professionals while promoting best practices across the investment function.Support portfolio growth, expansion initiatives, and long-term investment performanceEnsure alignment with governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and organisational objectives.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related fieldMBA or Master's degree from a leading international institution preferredCFA Charterholder or CFA Level III completed (mandatory)12 years' experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, principal investments, or real estate investingStrong experience with real estate investments, funds, JV structures, SPVs, and transaction executionAdvanced financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis skillsStrong knowledge of the Saudi investment and real estate marketExcellent stakeholder management and executive communication skillsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a leading investment platform and play a key role in executing high-profile investment and real estate transactions across Saudi Arabia.If your experience aligns with the above requirements and you are interested in applying, please follow the link and submit your application directly.
