This hybrid role is based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial and market analysis, and developing investment proposals aligned with the company’s mission and growth objectives. The Investment Director will manage relationships with investors and financial partners, oversee due diligence processes, and monitor the performance of existing investments. The role also involves advising leadership on risk management, portfolio optimization, and long-term financial planning, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.Qualifications Strong expertise in investment management, including overseeing portfolios and allocating capital effectively.Proficiency in developing and implementing investment strategies and evaluating diverse investments.Advanced analytical skills for financial modeling, market research, and risk assessment.Solid foundation in finance, including corporate finance principles, valuation, and capital markets.Experience in emerging markets or impact-driven ventures, ideally within food, technology, or consumer sectors.Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA) is an advantage.Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborate across cultures, and adapt to a fast-evolving organization.
