Investment Funds Associate | DubaiLeading International Law Firm | Private Funds & Asset ManagementAn excellent opportunity for a 3-7 PQE Investment Funds Associate to join a highly regarded and growing private funds practice in Dubai.The team advises sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors, private equity sponsors, asset managers and family offices on sophisticated regional and international private funds matters.The RoleAdvising on fund formation and structuring across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate and other alternative asset classesDrafting and negotiating LPAs, PPMs, subscription agreements, side letters and investment management documentationAdvising institutional investors on fund investments, co-investments and separately managed accountsExposure to fund-of-one, joint venture, co-sponsored and other bespoke fund structuresWorking across international fund jurisdictions including DIFC, ADGM, Cayman and LuxembourgSignificant cross-border exposure, working closely with the firm's wider global funds networkCandidate Profile3-7 PQE with experience from a leading UK or US private funds / investment funds practiceStrong technical grounding in private funds and fund documentationExperience in fund formation, investor-side work or bothExposure to co-investments, secondaries or bespoke fund structures advantageousStrong academic and professional credentialsArabic advantageous but not essentialRelocation candidates are very welcome - this could be particularly interesting for London-based funds lawyers looking to take their experience into a growing Middle Eastern private capital market while retaining a genuinely international practice.If Dubai is not currently on your radar, it may be worth keeping an open mind on this one.
