At Innovation Consulting Group (ICG), we partner with leading organizations across the Kingdom to drive measurable transformation across strategy, technology, people, and operations.Our capabilities span enterprise transformation, digital transformation, AI and automation, cloud and infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise capabilities, innovation, technology solutions, and large-scale transformation programs aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 ambitions.We are seeking an Investments Manager to support ICG’s strategic investment agenda, identifying and evaluating opportunities that strengthen the Group’s capabilities, market position, portfolio, and long-term growth.The role will focus on investment analysis, strategic partnerships, ventures, acquisitions, new capabilities, and business expansion opportunities.What You Will DoInvestment Strategy• Support the development and execution of ICG’s investment strategy.• Identify investment opportunities aligned with ICG’s strategic objectives, capabilities, and market priorities.• Research sectors, companies, technologies, business models, and emerging opportunities across Saudi Arabia and regional markets.• Develop investment theses and strategic recommendations.Opportunity Identification & Evaluation• Source and evaluate potential investments, acquisitions, ventures, partnerships, and strategic opportunities.• Assess strategic fit, market attractiveness, competitive positioning, scalability, financial potential, and execution requirements.• Conduct market and industry research to identify emerging investment themes.• Maintain a pipeline of potential investment opportunities.Financial & Commercial Analysis• Build financial models, business cases, valuation analyses, and investment scenarios.• Analyze revenue potential, profitability, cash flow, capital requirements, risks, and expected returns.• Support due diligence activities across financial, commercial, operational, market, and strategic dimensions.• Prepare investment recommendations for executive leadership.Strategic Partnerships & Ventures• Evaluate opportunities to establish new ventures, capabilities, platforms, and strategic businesses.• Support joint ventures, strategic partnerships, minority investments, acquisitions, and other growth structures.• Work with business-line leaders to assess opportunities for expanding ICG’s portfolio.• Identify opportunities where investment can create new revenue streams or strengthen existing capabilities.Investment Governance• Prepare investment papers, executive presentations, business cases, and decision materials.• Maintain investment pipeline reporting and performance tracking.• Monitor approved investments and strategic initiatives against business plans and expected outcomes.• Support governance, risk assessment, and post-investment performance reviews.Market Intelligence• Monitor trends across AI, technology, digital transformation, infrastructure, consulting, climate, cybersecurity, and emerging sectors.• Identify market developments that may create strategic investment opportunities for ICG.• Provide executive leadership with actionable market and investment intelligence.What You Bring• 5–10+ years of experience in investment, corporate development, strategy, consulting, private equity, venture capital, M&A, or financial advisory.• Strong financial modeling and business case development capabilities.• Experience evaluating investments, acquisitions, partnerships, ventures, or strategic growth opportunities.• Strong understanding of corporate finance, valuation, market analysis, and investment principles.• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.• Ability to translate complex financial and market information into clear executive recommendations.• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia’s business and investment ecosystem.• Experience working with technology, consulting, AI, digital transformation, infrastructure, or emerging industries is highly valuable.• Strong communication and presentation skills.• Arabic & English fluency required.Why Join ICG?• Direct involvement in ICG’s strategic investment and expansion agenda.• Opportunity to evaluate ventures, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and new business opportunities.• Exposure to major enterprises, sovereign entities, government organizations, and Saudi Arabia’s transformation ecosystem.• Opportunity to shape new capabilities and businesses aligned with Vision 2030.• High visibility with executive leadership and strategic decision-makers.• Performance-driven environment with significant exposure to strategy, finance, technology, and transformation.• Flexible Full-Time / Part-Time engagement depending on experience, availability, and mutual fit.• Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with the applicable engagement structure and Saudi labor regulations.
