قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and driven Investment Manager to join our Alternative Investments team, focusing on PE transactions and investment due diligence. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and selecting investment opportunities, conducting comprehensive due diligence, and managing a number of PE funds.Duties and responsibilitiesLead the due diligence process for potential private equity investments, encompassing:In-depth assessment of market dynamics, competitive positioning, management team capabilities and potential risks.Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate historical performance, projected returns, downside scenarios and valuation range.Review and negotiation of legal agreements, fund terms, and regulatory compliance requirements.Drive the investment decision-making process by preparing detailed investment memoranda, presentations, and recommendations for the Investment Committee, providing critical insights and recommendations based on rigorous analysis and assessment.Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to forecast fund performance, track investment metrics, and conduct sensitivity analysis, enabling informed investment decisions and proactive portfolio management.Actively monitor and evaluate existing portfolio investments, tracking fund performance, market trends, and manager updates, and providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management to optimize portfolio performance and mitigate risks.Collaborate closely with the broader investment team to identify emerging investment trends, develorp investment thesis, and contribute to the formulation and execution of PE funds.Cultivate and nurture relationships with fund managers, industry experts, and key stakeholders to stay abreast of market developments, identify unique investment opportunities, and enhance the firm's reputation and network within the private markets community.Represent the firm in meetings, conference calls, industry forums, and networking events, leveraging expertise and insights to foster relationships and drive investment initiatives.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field required; advanced degree (CFA, CAIA or equivalent) preferred.7+ years of experience in private equity, advisory or M&A, demonstrating a track record of success.Advanced proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis, with demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment research.Comprehensive understanding of private equity fund structures, strategies, and industry dynamics, coupled with a keen ability to identify and evaluate investment opportunities.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial analysis tools.Fluent in English and Arabic.Specialized Knowledge and Certificates:CFA or CAIA
