Investment Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Investment Manager to join a dynamic investment team focused on evaluating, executing, and managing investment opportunities across diverse sectors and geographies.This role offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle, including financial analysis, due diligence, transaction execution, portfolio management, and strategic value creation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and evaluate potential investment opportunities.Build and maintain complex financial models and valuation analyses.Conduct market, industry, and competitor research.Support commercial, financial, legal, and operational due diligence processes.Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for senior stakeholders.Assist with transaction structuring, negotiations, and deal execution.Monitor portfolio company performance and provide ongoing analytical support.Collaborate with internal teams, management teams, advisors, lenders, and investors.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, or a similar investment-focused environment.Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.Excellent understanding of corporate finance and investment principles.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
