This full-time, on-site role involves conducting market and financial analysis, developing investment strategies, and managing a portfolio of assets to optimize returns and mitigate risk. The Investment Manager will collaborate with internal teams, agents, and external partners to support acquisitions, disposals, and ongoing asset management. Daily responsibilities include preparing investment reports and presentations, monitoring market trends and regulatory changes, and providing data-driven recommendations to leadership and clients. The role also requires maintaining accurate investment records and ensuring compliance with relevant financial and legal standards.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in Investment Management and Investments.Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge and experience with financial modeling and valuation.Experience in real estate investment or asset management, preferably in Dubai or regional markets.Strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with spreadsheets and investment analysis tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate effectively in a team environment, and make informed decisions under time pressure.
