We invest with flexibility across the capital stack and asset classes, targeting situations where speed, creativity, and rigorous underwriting can unlock outsized risk‑adjusted returns.The role We are seeking a Real Estate Investment Manager to originate, underwrite, execute, and asset-manage investments across direct acquisitions, development projects, structured equity, and private credit. This is a high‑exposure role working closely with principals, offering meaningful responsibility, rapid decision cycles, and long‑term growth.Key responsibilities:Source and evaluate opportunistic deals across sectors (residential, logistics/industrial, living, specialty, mixed-use; selective office/retail where value can be created).Lead underwriting and due diligence: financial modelling, scenarios, sensitivity and downside analysis, business plan design, and risk mitigation.Prepare investment memoranda and recommendations; present to the principals and participate in negotiations and structuring.Execute transactions end‑to‑end: coordinate legal, tax, technical, and environmental advisors; manage timelines, conditions, and closing.Oversee asset management: track performance vs. underwrite, manage budgets and capex, monitor covenants, drive value‑creation initiatives, and optimise exits.Build and maintain lender, broker, operating partner, and advisor relationships; monitor market trends, comps, and capital flows.Support credit investments: underwrite borrower quality, collateral, cash flows, security packages, intercreditor mechanics, and remedies.Maintain robust portfolio reporting, KPIs, and dashboards; contribute to quarterly reviews, valuations, and scenario planning.Skills & Experience: 5–8+ years of real estate investing experience (buy‑side, family office, private equity, credit, or principal development). Exceptional candidates outside this range will be considered.Experience within the UAE and GCC market is highly desirableAdvanced financial modelling skills (equity waterfalls, debt sizing, development appraisals, loan structures, IRR/MOIC, sensitivities).Demonstrated track record in sourcing or executing opportunistic/development/credit transactions.Strong grasp of legal/transaction mechanics: SPAs, JVAs, facility agreements, security, step‑in rights, and development contracts.Commercial judgement, negotiation ability, and an owner’s mindset; comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability.Excellent written and verbal communication; crisp investment writing and board‑ready materials.Relevant degree; RICS/CFA/CAIA or similar a plus.
