Investment Operations Analyst

Chesapeake Search Partners is working with an established firm to identify an Investment Operations Analyst to join their team. This role offers a blend of investment operations, financial analysis, and project coordination, with responsibilities spanning project data management, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The position provides broad exposure across multiple business functions in a collaborative, analytical environment.What You'll Do:Manage investment project data and support quarterly updates across multiple systemsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for a portfolio of investment projectsAnalyze project data, investigate discrepancies, and help ensure reporting accuracyPartner with teams across investment, finance, operations, and business development to support project executionAssist with onboarding new investment projects and maintaining related documentation and reportingContribute to process improvements and help enhance investment operations workflowsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, or a related field4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, investment operations, FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical roleStrong Excel skills and the ability to work with complex financial dataExperience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisStrong communication, organization, and collaboration skillsExperience with Salesforce, Anaplan, Smartsheet, Yardi, or similar business systems is a plus
