Our goal is to build long-term partnerships that deliver sustainable value to clients, employees, and investors.Role Description The Investment Partner (Manpower) will play a key role in driving the company’s growth strategy by providing capital and actively supporting business development initiatives. This full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates involves evaluating expansion opportunities, reviewing financial performance, and contributing to strategic planning for manpower supply operations. The role includes collaborating with the management team on investment decisions, risk assessments, and resource allocation to scale workforce capacity and market reach. The Investment Partner will help strengthen client relationships, explore new project partnerships, and ensure that investments align with regulatory, safety, and ethical standards in the UAE construction sector. The partner is expected to participate in regular performance reviews, governance meetings, and long-term planning to support sustainable growth.Qualifications Strong background in investment, finance, or business management, ideally with exposure to construction, manpower supply, or related industries.Experience in evaluating business plans, financial statements, and ROI for growth and expansion projects.Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, clients, and co-investors.Understanding of UAE business regulations, construction sector dynamics, and compliance requirements is highly beneficial.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.Capacity to commit capital and actively engage in the company’s governance, strategy, and performance monitoring.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are an advantage.Professional integrity, long-term investment mindset, and commitment to ethical, safe, and sustainable business practices.
