With an established portfolio and plans for further growth, the team is looking to strengthen its senior investment capability.This is an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial investment platform, with significant ownership across the investment lifecycle and the ability to contribute to the firm's broader development and investment strategy. The role offers flexibility around location, with the firm headquartered in Lisbon.The RoleResponsibilities will include:Leading investment processes from origination and initial evaluation through to due diligence and executionSourcing and assessing new investment opportunities across European technology marketsConducting commercial due diligence, including market analysis, competitive positioning, business models and unit economicsDeveloping relationships with founders, co-investors and the wider venture capital ecosystemWorking closely with portfolio companies on commercial strategy, growth initiatives and subsequent funding roundsContributing to investment committee discussions and broader portfolio managementSupporting and mentoring junior investment professionalsCandidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will likely bring:Approximately 7–10 years of relevant experience, combining a strong foundation in top-tier strategy consulting with direct investment experience in venture capitalA demonstrable track record in commercial due diligence, financial analysis and transaction executionExperience investing in early-stage technology businesses, ideally across AI, enterprise software, cybersecurity or adjacent sectorsStrong commercial judgement and an understanding of technology business models and growth driversAn established network across the European venture capital and technology ecosystemA proactive, intellectually curious and entrepreneurial approach, with the ability to operate effectively in a lean investment teamThis is an opportunity to join a growing investment platform at an important stage of its development, with meaningful investment ownership, scope to contribute to the firm's longer-term strategy and future progression to Partner.
