This role will work closely with senior investment professionals, management teams, financial advisors, and other stakeholders to identify attractive investment opportunities and maximize long-term value.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Research and evaluate potential investment opportunities across relevant markets, sectors, and asset classes.• Conduct detailed financial, commercial, market, and industry analysis to support investment decisions.• Build and maintain financial models, valuation models, forecasts, and investment scenarios.• Analyze company financial statements, business models, revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, and capital structures.• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, industry assessments, and investment trend analysis.• Evaluate investment risks, return potential, liquidity, market conditions, and downside scenarios.• Perform valuation analysis using methodologies such as DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, and other relevant approaches.• Prepare investment proposals, research reports, investment memoranda, presentations, and recommendations.• Support due diligence processes and coordinate with internal teams and external advisors.• Monitor existing investments, portfolio performance, financial results, and key performance indicators.• Identify opportunities to enhance portfolio value, improve performance, and manage investment risks.• Track market developments, economic indicators, regulatory changes, and emerging investment opportunities.• Support transaction execution, negotiations, documentation, and closing activities when required.• Maintain investment databases, financial models, research materials, and portfolio records.• Prepare regular portfolio and investment performance reports for senior management and stakeholders.• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Risk, Strategy, and other teams on investment-related initiatives.• Support strategic planning and provide data-driven insights for investment decisions.✅ Requirements• Proven experience in investment management, private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, asset management, or a related field.• Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation, investment research, and portfolio management.• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.• Excellent understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, valuation methodologies, and investment performance.• Strong knowledge of market research, industry analysis, and competitive intelligence.• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.• Strong commercial judgment and ability to evaluate investment risks and opportunities.• Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.• Experience with financial databases, investment research platforms, or portfolio management systems is an advantage.• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professional integrity.• Ability to manage multiple investment projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.• CFA, CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA, or other relevant professional qualifications are an advantage.🌟 What We Offer• Opportunity to evaluate investment opportunities and contribute to strategic investment decisions.• Exposure to financial markets, portfolio management, valuation, private equity, corporate finance, and investment strategy.• Opportunity to work closely with senior investment professionals, executives, advisors, and portfolio companies.• Career progression into Senior Investment Professional, Investment Associate, Investment Manager, Portfolio Manager, Investment Director, Managing Director, or Partner roles.• A high-performance, analytical, and investment-focused work environment.• Professional mentorship, training, and continuing development opportunities.• Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and comprehensive benefits package.
