Investment Research & Field Coordinator

About the RoleKEYMAVENS is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Investment Research & Field Coordinator to support its Investment Department in identifying and researching real estate development and investment opportunities across Dubai and, when required, the wider UAE.This is a field-intensive research and market-intelligence role. The successful candidate will systematically visit designated development areas, identify projects and plots that may represent potential investment or strategic business opportunities, research the relevant developers and project status, and convert field observations into clear, structured reports for review by the Investment Director. • Bachelor's degree preferred; strong practical UAE real estate experience.
• Preferably 2-5 years of relevant UAE experience in real estate, property research, brokerage research, market intelligence, site coordination or property data.
• Good working knowledge of Dubai's geography and major real estate development areas.
• Practical understanding of real estate development and construction activity in Dubai. Skills & Competencies
• Strong research, observation and information-gathering skills.
• Ability to identify developers, projects and potential development opportunities.
• Strong online research capability and confidence using Google Maps/location research.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a large volume of project information.
• Ability to prepare clear, concise and professional written reports.
• Good written and spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and structured databases.
• Ability to work independently, manage a field schedule and meet reporting deadlines. Highly Desirable Knowledge
• Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).
• Dubai real estate development lifecycle and construction stages.
• Off-plan developments, Joint Ventures and distressed/stalled development projects. Essential Requirement-MandatoryA valid UAE driving license and access to a car are mandatory, as the position requires frequent field visits across Dubai.
