Working closely with portfolio managers, investment professionals, risk teams, and senior leadership, this role will play a key part in identifying attractive investment opportunities, assessing potential risks, and supporting informed capital allocation decisions.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement investment research strategies aligned with organizational objectives and investment mandates.Lead fundamental and quantitative research to evaluate companies, industries, financial instruments, and investment opportunities.Analyze financial statements, business models, valuation metrics, earnings performance, and key financial indicators.Monitor economic developments, interest rates, inflation, market movements, geopolitical events, and regulatory changes affecting investment performance.Develop financial models, valuation frameworks, forecasts, and scenario analyses to assess potential investment returns and risks.Prepare investment research reports, equity research notes, market outlooks, sector analyses, and recommendations for senior management and investment teams.Evaluate investment opportunities across relevant asset classes, including equities, fixed income, funds, alternative investments, and other permitted financial instruments.Assess company fundamentals, competitive positioning, management quality, corporate governance, and long-term growth prospects.Support portfolio construction, asset allocation, investment screening, and capital deployment decisions through rigorous research and analysis.Conduct due diligence on prospective investments, including financial performance, business risks, industry dynamics, and valuation assumptions.Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Risk Management, Compliance, and Finance teams to strengthen investment decision-making processes.Establish research methodologies, investment evaluation criteria, performance benchmarks, and quality assurance standards.Monitor existing investments and reassess investment theses in response to material changes in market conditions or company fundamentals.Identify emerging investment themes, industry disruptions, and potential opportunities across domestic and international markets.Ensure investment research is supported by credible sources, transparent assumptions, and appropriate analytical methodologies.Present investment findings and strategic recommendations to investment committees, senior executives, and relevant stakeholders.Lead, mentor, and develop research analysts while promoting analytical rigor, professional integrity, and continuous improvement.✅ RequirementsProven experience in investment research, equity research, financial analysis, portfolio analysis, asset management, or a related field.Strong understanding of financial markets, investment principles, valuation methodologies, and portfolio management concepts.Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements, assess business fundamentals, and develop financial models.Experience with valuation techniques such as discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis.Strong knowledge of macroeconomic indicators, industry trends, market dynamics, and investment risk factors.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial research tools;
