Investment Senior Analyst

Family values remain at the heart of every decision we make.We are looking for an Investment Senior Analyst to join our Investments team.The role will support the Investment Director in managing the Group’s private equity portfolio, with a key focus on portfolio monitoring, investment analysis, and corporate documentation.Responsibilities:Portfolio Management: Monitor assigned private equity investments, review financial performance and board packs, and prepare periodic portfolio reviews and management updates.Investment Analysis: Assess new investment opportunities, review investment materials and financial models, and support the preparation of Investment Committee recommendations.Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with portfolio companies, fund managers, banks, administrators, and external advisors to ensure timely execution of investment-related activities.Reporting & Monitoring: Track key portfolio events, including distributions, capital calls and liquidity events, and provide timely reporting on progress, risks, and potential issues.Documentation & Governance: Maintain complete and accurate investment records, corporate documentation, decision logs, and KYC files in line with confidentiality and governance requirements.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. CFA or CAIA pursuit is highly desirable.Experience: 5–7 years of experience in investment management, investment banking, transaction services, family office, or holding-company investments.Languages: Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
