ResponsibilityResponsible for providing advisory support to distribution teams in promoting and delivering wealth management products, including portfolio analysis, market and product insights, sales performance monitoring, and joint customer visits. Support sales teams in developing effective sales and portfolio management strategies, while driving initiatives to strengthen sales capabilities and support overall wealth management business performance.RequirementsMinimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major from reputable universityMinimum 3 years of experience in retail banking distribution, preferably with exposure to priority or wealth customer segments.Good understanding of banking markets, wealth management products, and market dynamics.Strong portfolio analysis and portfolio management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work effectively with distribution and sales teams.
