Job Summary :The Investment Strategy and Planning Senior Specialist supports the design, implementation, and development of the fund’s investment strategy, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives and sustainability requirements. The role contributes to developing investment frameworks, assessing market opportunities, monitoring portfolio performance, and supporting strategic planning and investment policies through financial analysis, modeling, reporting, and ensuring compliance and transparency. It also provides operational and strategic support that enhances data‑driven decision‑making and harmonizes investment planning processes across the fund.Responsibilities & Accountabilities :-Conduct basic analyses to support prioritization across public and private markets and various asset classes.-Assist in collecting data and preparing supporting documentation for investment frameworks and approved methodologies.-Support the review and assessment of strategic options and asset classes under team guidance.-Contribute to investment planning, setting investment priorities, and defining KPIs aligned with the fund’s objectives.-Support the development and updating of planning models, templates, and standardized documentation for evaluation and reporting.-Collect investment planning inputs from investment managers, portfolio analysts, and relevant sectors.-Assist in preparing preliminary economic forecasts and sector outlooks.-Support basic financial and economic modeling and scenario analysis.-Analyze investment performance against benchmarks and identify key variances.-Gather financial data from multiple sources to support periodic reporting.-Report any notable compliance deviations to the direct supervisor.-Contribute to analyzing diversification and liquidity trends and presenting them in structured reports.-Monitor actual cash flows versus forecasts and document variances.-Coordinate data collection across departments to prepare periodic reports and presentations.-Use basic programming and data‑automation tools to support reporting and performance tracking.-Contribute to applying AI tools to enhance data visualization and analysis.Job Requirements:-Education : Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field-Years of experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment analysis, financial planning, portfolio management, or strategic planning, preferably within investment funds, financial institutions, or government entities.-Skills :Investments Portfolio Management, Treasury and Liquidity Management, Opportunity Identification and Development, Investment Planning and Development, Data Analysis and Reporting, Coaching and Internal Business Consulting, Information Systems Knowledge, Market Research and Intelligence.
