HAĂNDZ is launching flagship boutiques across the Gulf, beginning with Riyadh, and has plans for broader global expansion, creating opportunities for growth-focused partners and investors.Role Description The Investor role at HAĂNDZ is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The role involves evaluating and supporting investment opportunities aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning and growth strategy across the Gulf and future global markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial performance, assessing boutique rollout plans, and collaborating with leadership on capital allocation for product development, retail expansion, and marketing initiatives. The Investor will participate in strategic planning, help refine market-entry approaches, and provide insight on risk management and return optimization. The role also includes building relationships with external partners, monitoring industry trends in luxury retail and heritage crafts, and contributing to long-term value creation for the brand.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in investment analysis, portfolio management, or corporate finance, preferably within luxury, retail, or consumer brands.Strong skills in financial modeling, due diligence, and performance monitoring to support data-driven investment decisions.Ability to develop and evaluate business strategies, market-entry plans, and growth initiatives across regional and global markets.Experience collaborating with founders or executive teams on strategic planning, capital allocation, and risk management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.Understanding of or interest in luxury goods, artisan craftsmanship, and heritage-based brands; experience in the Gulf region is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, MBA) is beneficial.Capacity to work on-site in Riyadh, with readiness to engage in occasional travel for regional or international initiatives.
