Investor Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer (UAE National, Equity Buy-In)

Help companies across the UAE and Saudi Arabia adopt AI, and own a share of the business delivering it.Agentic for Business is looking for a UAE National (Emirati) commercial co-founder to join Gaurav and Hemant in growing our AI business. This is an equity co-founder role with a personal investment starting from AED 250,000. It is not a salaried vacancy.We build private AI systems for companies at three levels. For growing businesses, Eva, an AI employee that handles customer calls, WhatsApp, email and web chat, books appointments, follows up and reports to the owner daily. For mid-size companies, workflow systems that automate a whole business process end to end on the client's own accounts. For enterprises and groups, private, governed AI deployments on infrastructure the client controls, including industry intelligence platforms and agent programmes.The products are live with paying clients onboarded. We are based at the DIFC Innovation Hub.We are looking for a partner who can turn that foundation into a growing commercial business, from SME owners up to enterprise and government-linked groups.The partnershipYou join as a co-founder and shareholder in Agentic for Business, in an active operating role based in Dubai.Personal investment required: starting from AED 250,000, invested into the business in return for your equity stake. The minimum is a floor, not a fixed amount.The ownership structure, equity percentage, decision rights and remuneration are agreed before commitment, following mutual due diligence and signed agreements.What you would leadEnterprise and mid-market sales across the UAE and Saudi Arabia: companies and groups that want to adopt AI across their operations.Relationships with business owners, corporate decision-makers and government-linked entities.Discovery meetings, live demonstrations, proposals and negotiations, from a single Eva deployment to a private enterprise AI programme.Referral, channel and distribution partnerships.Working with the delivery team to turn client requirements into successful deployments.Responsibility for agreed sales and commercial growth targets.What we bringBoth founders remain actively involved. We bring the products, the technical development, the delivery capability, existing clients and the industry playbooks.Who we want to meetUAE National (Emirati). Other GCC nationals considered.An entrepreneur or commercial operator who can show how they have won customers, developed partnerships or grown a business.Experience selling technology, software or business services to companies is valuable.
