Overview:Our client is a leading venture and private capital investor in the Middle East, headquartered in the UAE with additional presence acros Gulf . Since its founding, the firm has backed more than `100 portfolio companies, supporting high-growth entrepreneurs in technology, fintech, software, and digital infrastructure.The firm invests flexibly across seed, venture, and selective growth opportunities, with typical ticket sizes ranging from $1 million to $15 million. The Dubai office serves as the investment hub, and the team is now seeking to add a mid-level professional to drive origination, deal execution, and portfolio value creation.

Key Responsibilities

Origination: identify and evaluate early- and growth-stage opportunities across AI, fintech, SaaS, digital platforms, and frontier technologies in MENADue diligence and execution: lead financial modelling, valuations, market assessments, and deal structuring; coordinate external advisors and internal committeesPortfolio management: work closely with founders and management teams to deliver operational improvements, regional expansion, and follow-on fundraisingEcosystem engagement: represent the firm at industry events, build relationships with co-investors, accelerators, and strategic partnersCandidate Requirements:3–5 years of professional experience in venture capital, growth equitySolid analytical toolkit, including financial modelling, valuation, and commercial due diligence skillsDeep understanding of entrepreneurial ecosystems in the UAE and wider MENA regionCollaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skillsFluency in English; Arabic is highly advantageousOpportunity:Join one of the most active venture and growth capital investors in the Middle EastExposure to fast-growing technology companies and entrepreneurs across the MENA regionWork on deals with ticket sizes of $1–15 million, spanning seed to growth stagesHands-on involvement across sourcing, execution, and portfolio value creationLong-term career development within a fast-scaling regional investment platform with global ambition
