From day one, you’ll dive into large-scale projects under the guidance of a supportive leadership team that will encourage your personal development and open doors to new opportunities.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Investor Programme Manager to build and deliver the Investor Programme for Cityscape West, connecting leading Family Offices, UHNWIs and private investors with real estate, hospitality and development opportunities across Saudi Arabia’s Western Region.The role will focus on identifying, qualifying and building relationships with senior private capital decision-makers, while delivering a highly curated investor experience through targeted introductions, private meetings, site visits and exclusive networking.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestor Recruitment: Identify, qualify and recruit Family Offices, UHNWIs, private investment companies, real estate investors and other relevant sources of private capital from KSA, the GCC and international markets.Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with Family Office Principals, CIOs, CEOs, Investment Directors and other senior decision-makers.Investor Qualification: Assess investors based on deployable capital, investment track record, typical ticket size, decision-making authority and appetite for Saudi opportunities.Matchmaking: Understand individual investment mandates and facilitate relevant introductions with developers, project owners, hospitality groups, government stakeholders and potential JV partners.Programme Delivery: Support private investor roundtables, dinners, site visits, 1:1 meetings, project presentations and VIP networking experiences.Market Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of investment opportunities across Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah and the Red Sea, particularly residential, hospitality, branded residences, mixed-use and tourism-related developments.Investor Experience: Manage the investor journey from initial outreach and onboarding through to onsite engagement and post-event follow-up.Stakeholder Management: Work closely with developers, government entities, sponsors, Family Office networks, private banks and internal Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.Reporting: Maintain an accurate investor pipeline and track recruitment, meetings, introductions, investor interests and potential investment outcomes.QualificationsSignificant proven experience in investor relations, real estate, private wealth, Family Offices, business development, investment events or a related field.Experience engaging Family Offices, UHNWIs, investors or senior financial decision-makers.Strong relationship-building, networking and business development skills.Confident communicating with CEO, CIO, Principal, Partner and Managing Director-level stakeholders.Commercial understanding of investment mandates, ticket sizes and investor requirements.Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple senior relationships.Excellent written and spoken English.Arabic-speaking capability is strongly preferred, particularly for building relationships with Saudi Family Offices, UHNWIs and local stakeholders.Experience or an existing network within Saudi Arabia/GCC Family Offices, private wealth or real estate investment would be a significant advantage.Additional InformationWhat you will getBUPA Medical Insurance for you and your family Annual leave – 25 daysRemote working on Sundays Working anywhere – 1 month every yearWellbeing Benefits Family visa costs (up to a max of three children) Individual annual flight allowance for expatsInternational Relocation Package*Paid flight to Riyadh – for you and your family (up to a max of three children) 60 days of accommodation or a suitable serviced apartment from your arrival date, or a one-off payment of SAR 5,000 Up to SAR 2,500 reimbursement of shipping goods/excess baggage costsIndividual paid flight home and an end-of-service gratuity payment when leaving the company*Local Relocation Package*Paid flight to Riyadh – individual and family (up to a max of three children) 30 days accommodation or a suitable serviced apartment from your arrival date, or a one-off payment of SAR 5,000 Up to SAR 2,500 reimbursement of shipping goods/excess baggage costs*If eligible
