Combining advanced analytics with space technologies, the company helps organizations turn complex data into practical insights.As it prepares for its next stage of growth, the company is looking for an Investor Relations & Fundraising Associate to work closely with the COO and support its fundraising and investor engagement activities.About the RoleThis is a hands-on role combining investor communications, financial analysis, presentation preparation, and process coordination. You will help keep investor materials accurate, financial information current, and follow-ups moving forward.You will work with senior leadership and strategic advisors, supporting established investor relationships and the day-to-day execution of the fundraising process.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate investor meeting preparation, document action points, and manage follow-ups.Maintain an investor pipeline tracker covering communications, information requests, next steps, and deadlines.Prepare and update pitch decks, investor presentations, briefing notes, and supporting materials.Refine and maintain an existing financial model by incorporating business inputs, updating assumptions, and supporting scenario analysis.Coordinate with internal teams to gather and validate financial, commercial, and operational information.Maintain fundraising documentation and data room content, supporting responses to investor due diligence requests.Prepare investor updates and ensure consistency across financial models, presentations, and other communications.Research relevant markets, comparable companies, and investment trends to support investor discussions.Support the COO during investor meetings and occasional business travel, including presenting selected materials when required.What We Are Looking ForApproximately 4–6 years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, fundraising support, venture capital, or startup finance.Practical experience preparing investor-facing materials and supporting fundraising or transaction processes.Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to understand, update, and refine financial models.Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate financial and business information clearly.Strong organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through across multiple stakeholders.Sound judgment when handling confidential information.A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to take ownership of detailed execution work.Ability to be present in Jeddah for at least 50–60% of working time.Additional AdvantagesExperience with technology startups, deep tech, space, or aerospace.Exposure to equity fundraising, investor due diligence, and data room management.Familiarity with the Saudi and wider GCC investment ecosystem.
