AIS & Co offers a relationship-driven approach to improving deal flow and creating long-term value for its stakeholders.Role Description The Investor Relations Intern will support day-to-day communication and coordination between AIS & Co and its investors, portfolio companies, and prospective partners. This internship role is remote. Responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of investor updates, presentations, and reports, as well as maintaining databases and tracking key investment and fundraising activities. The intern will help research market trends and potential investment opportunities, support outreach to investors and businesses, and contribute to organizing virtual meetings, calls, and follow-ups. The role may also involve drafting professional correspondence, helping refine marketing and communication materials, and supporting general administrative tasks related to investor relations and capital-raising efforts.Qualifications Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize financial, market, and industry information clearly.Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise reports, presentations, and professional emails.Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, and document management) and comfort working in a remote, technology-enabled environment.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records and databases.Interest in finance, investment, and capital markets; prior coursework or exposure to financial concepts is beneficial.Ability to work independently, collaborate virtually with a diverse team, and demonstrate professionalism in investor-facing interactions.Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in finance, economics, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
