Investor Relations Intern

The Investor Relations Intern will support the Investor Relations team in communicating the company’s business performance, strategy, and investment proposition to shareholders, investors, analysts, and other capital market stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Support the preparation of Investor Relations materials, including investor presentations, earnings materials, fact sheets, company updates, and other corporate communications.Conduct industry, peer, market, and company research to support management and investor discussions.Assist in monitoring the company’s share price performance, trading activities, analyst reports, market developments, and relevant news.Support financial and operational analysis, including maintaining key company and peer-comparison data.Assist in preparing materials and information for investor meetings, analyst meetings, conferences, roadshows, and other Investor Relations activities.Maintain investor and analyst databases, meeting records, and other Investor Relations related documentation.Coordinate with internal teams to collect financial, operational, and strategic information required for Investor Relations purposes.Provide ad-hoc analytical and administrative support to the Investor Relations team and management.

Requirements

Fresh graduates or final-year undergraduate students majoring in Accounting (not currently enrolled in active classes).Proficient in Microsoft Office.Highly motivated to learn and grow.Detail-oriented with strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.Willing to commit to a 3-month internship contract, with the opportunity to be hired as staff based on performance.Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), North Jakarta.
