A confidential Abu Dhabi-based group of companies is seeking an experienced and strategic Investor Relations Manager to lead communication, reporting, and engagement with investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders. This role is central to ensuring transparent financial communication, strong investor confidence, and effective coordination across finance, strategy, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate will manage investor reporting, financial presentations, market analysis, investment communications, and relationship management while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory expectations.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions through structured communication and timely updates.Prepare quarterly and annual investor reports, financial summaries, investment updates, and performance dashboards.Create high‑quality investor presentations, pitch decks, briefing notes, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders.Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis to support investor messaging and strategic positioning.Ensure consistent and compelling communication of the company’s strategy, performance, and growth outlook.Collaborate with finance teams to support modelling, forecasting, and valuation analysis for investor materials.Ensure all investor communications comply with regulatory standards and disclosure requirements.Coordinate with finance, strategy, legal, and executive leadership to align messaging and ensure accuracy of all investor‑related content.Organise investor meetings, roadshows, briefings, and follow‑ups, ensuring professional representation and timely communication.Maintain accurate records, investor databases, communication logs, and reporting archives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, or Investment Management.Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation concepts, investment metrics, and capital markets.Proven experience preparing investor presentations, financial reports, and market analysis.Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, financial modelling tools, and data analysis.Experience working with investment groups, holding companies, or diversified corporate entities is preferred.
