Investor Relations Manager

Ruya Recruitment is supporting a leading organization in Saudi Arabia with the appointment of an experienced Investor Relations Manager.This senior leadership role is best suited to a candidate with strong Investor Relations experience and the ability to build effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and developing relationships with institutional investors, analysts, portfolio managers, investment banks, and research firmsCoordinating quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, market announcements, and regulatory submissionsLeading the coordination and preparation of the company’s Annual ReportIdentifying and participating in regional and international investor conferences, roadshows, and investor meetingsWorking closely with senior leadership to communicate the company’s performance, strategy, and growth story effectively to the investment community

Qualifications
