Investor Relations Manager

Seeking for an experienced Investor Relations Manager who will build the company's Investor Relations function from the ground up and lead it through IPO preparation and into life as a listed company.Qualifications and experienceEssentialBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.10 to 13 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance or Capital Markets.Strong understanding of CMA regulations, financial reporting and corporate governance.Proven ability to engage institutional investors and analysts, and to work closely with senior leadership.Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.PreferredCFA charter or MBA.Experience with a Tadawul-listed company, or direct involvement in IPO preparation.Oil and gas sector experience.Experience setting up or building an Investor Relations function.What you’ll doBuild and manage the Investor Relations function through IPO preparation and after listingManage relationships with shareholders, institutional investors and financial analystsCoordinate financial disclosures, earnings announcements, investor presentations and annual reportsEnsure CMA and Tadawul compliance alongside Finance, Legal and Corporate GovernanceTrack share performance, investor sentiment and peer companiesHelp the executive team communicate financial performance, strategy and growth plans
