About Kafaa Capital:Kafaa Capital is a licensed investment platform regulated by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) in Saudi Arabia, specializing in sukuk-based investment products. Headquartered in Riyadh, we are building the next generation of digital investment infrastructure. We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations Specialist to join our Investment team and lead efforts in expanding investor relationships and capital raising.Key Responsibilities:Lead efforts to acquire new investors for Sukuk offerings and private investment deals.Identify, engage, and reactivate prospective and dormant investor relationships with tailored outreach strategies.Coordinate investor roadshows, including scheduling, logistics, and presentation material preparation.Establish and maintain strong partnerships with debt funds and strategic financial institutions.Maintain investor data, engagement history, and analytics within CRM systems (such as Pipefy).Manage B2B sales pipelines across the entire relationship lifecycle, closing deals of varying complexity.Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to articulate Kafaa Capital's value proposition and distribute investor-facing content.Qualifications & Requirements:Saudi or GCC National is mandatory.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 2+ years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or financial communications.Hands-on experience with CRM tools (such as Pipefy or similar platforms).Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Professional certifications such as CME-1 and CME-5 are a plus.Prior experience in the FinTech industry or regulated capital markets.Why Join Kafaa Capital:Be part of the rapidly growing FinTech sector within Saudi Arabia's financial landscape.Competitive salary package with clear career growth opportunities.VIP medical insurance coverage for employee and dependents.Eligibility to participate in the company's Employee Stock Option Program (ESOP).
