Jobskey Search & Selection is retained by a Saudi Exchange-listed real estate development and investment company in Riyadh to appoint a Corporate Governance and Investor Relations Senior Specialist, reporting to the Director of Investor Relations, Board and Governance.ResponsibilitiesDraft Saudi Exchange announcements and governance disclosures and coordinate filing within CMA deadlinesPrepare board and committee calendars, packs, minutes and resolutionsCoordinate general assemblies end to end: notices, e-voting, proxies, quorum, minutes and post-meeting filingsAct as working-level contact for the major shareholder's officeMaintain governance records and filings across the group's subsidiaries and SPVsRequirements3 to 7 years in corporate governance, board secretariat, investor relations or listed-company compliance, including at least 2 years inside a Saudi Exchange-listed or CMA-regulated entityAt least one full general assembly cycle and hands-on Saudi Exchange disclosure experienceWorking knowledge of the Companies Law and CMA Corporate Governance RegulationsBachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting or Business; CME, GRC or governance certification an advantageStrong drafting in Arabic and English
