About The RoleYou'll be the key point of contact for our investors —building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring accurate and timelycommunication, and supporting our fundraising efforts across the firm'sinvestment vehicles.Key Responsibilities Investor CommunicationManage and maintain the investor databaseRespond to investor inquiries with accurate, timelyinformationCoordinate and prepare regular investor meetings and fundupdatesReporting & MaterialsPrepare periodic (quarterly/annual) fund performance reportsfor investorsDevelop investor decks, fund updates, and presentationmaterialsFundraising SupportContribute to Private Placement Memorandums and fundmarketing materialsSupport the investment team with investor-side due diligenceCoordinate the signing process for Subscription AgreementsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Investment, Finance, and Legal teams toensure information accuracySupport senior management in preparing board-level materialsrelated to investorsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree inFinance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field2–5 years of experience in investor relations, assetmanagement, or investment bankingExcellent bilingual communication skills (Arabic &English)Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
