Investor Relations Specialist

About the RoleCopyFinancial is an AI-powered fintech infrastructure platform bridging the SEA–GCC corridor, covering fintech, renewable energy, and climate tech. We are currently raising our pre-seed round ($3M) and are seeking an Investor Relations Specialist who can open direct access to investors at any level GPs, LPs, VCs, Angel Investors, and Family Offices and convince them to fund CopyFinancial.You will be the primary face of CopyFinancial in front of investors. You must be able to read investor profiles, understand their mandates, and tailor the right approach for each.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild & Manage Investor Pipeline — Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with GPs, LPs, VCs, Angel Investors, and Family Offices globally, with a focus on SEA, GCC, Europe, and the US.Presentation & Negotiation — Present CopyFinancial to investors, manage due diligence, and negotiate term sheets through to closing.Investor Research & Analysis — Read investor profiles, understand their mandates and preferences, and tailor the most effective approach.Documentation & Reporting — Prepare investor materials (deck, one-pager, data room) and provide regular reports to management.Long-Term Relationships — Build and maintain investor relationships for future funding rounds.Qualifications & RequirementsRequired:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in investor relations, business development, fundraising, or private equity/venture capital.Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (minimum S1) in finance, business, or related field.Verifiable investor network portfolio, direct relationships with GPs, LPs, VCs, Angels, or Family Offices.Credibility & trust, strong reputation and trustworthy in handling sensitive information.Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written); Arabic or Mandarin is a plus.Ability to work independently with clear targets.Preferred:Fundraising experience in fintech, energy, or climate tech.Network in the GCC (UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait) and/or Southeast Asia.Understanding of investment instruments (SAFE, convertible note, equity).CompensationWe offer two flexible compensation options, which you can choose based on your preference:Option & CompensationOption 1 : 3% success fee on total funds raisedOption 2 : 1% success fee + 1% equity in CopyFinancialNote: Success fee is paid only after investor funds are actually disbursed to the company's account.How to ApplySend your latest CV, investor network portfolio (if available), and a brief cover letter to: apply linkedin hereSubject: Investor Relations Specialist – [Your Name]Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
