Investor Relations Specialist

Job Purpose:To manage investor and shareholder communications, support financial disclosures, and ensure compliance with relevant CMA and Tadawul requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage communication with investors, shareholders, and financial analysts.Prepare investor presentations and financial reports.Coordinate the publication of financial results and corporate announcements.Ensure compliance with CMA regulations and Tadawul disclosure requirements.Organize investor meetings and respond to investor inquiries.Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Governance teams.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.3–5 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations or Shareholder Relations.Knowledge of CMA regulations and Tadawul requirements.Excellent communication and analytical skills in Arabic and English.
