Collaborate with global teams, own features end-to-end, and continuously improve the app and backend integration.Key responsibilitiesArchitect, develop, test, and ship robust iOS apps using Swift (and Objective-C where needed)Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI) and automate builds, tests, and deploymentsDesign scalable architectures (MVVM, μFeatures) and integrate with bespoke backend servicesWrite clean, maintainable code; perform code reviews; refactor and deprecate legacy Objective-C as neededImplement unit and integration tests (XCTest/XCUITest); ensure test coverage and reliabilityOptimize performance, memory management, and battery life; profile with InstrumentsDebug, find root causes, and fix defects promptly; adopt TDD/BDD where appropriateCollaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA in a distributed teamContribute to open source, internal tooling, and platform enhancementsEnsure app quality across iOS platforms and maintain app store readinessEssential qualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience4+ years of hands-on iOS development experienceStrong proficiency in Swift; solid knowledge of Objective-C (preferred in higher quantities)Deep understanding of iOS frameworks (UIKit, Core Data, GCD/Dispatch, NSOperation)Experience with RESTful APIs, networking, and data synchronizationFamiliarity with MVVM (or equivalent) architecture; experience with UI frameworks and Auto LayoutProficient with version control (Git) and collaborative workflowsExperience with building tools and CI/CD pipelines ( Tuist, xcodebuild, GitHub Actions, CircleCI)Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a globally distributed team; proactive and self-managed
