Reporting to the Director, IQAC, the Coordinator will lead institution-wide academic quality and accreditation initiatives, ensuring our Schools and Faculties meet and exceed national and international quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate institutional academic quality initiatives across all Schools/Faculties.Ensure curriculum development and revision align with NEP 2020, UGC regulations, statutory requirements and accreditation standards.Coordinate academic and administrative audits, programme reviews and quality enhancement exercises.Drive the implementation and monitoring of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), including CO-PO mapping, attainment and assessment processes.Monitor teaching-learning practices and promote innovative pedagogy, experiential learning, case-based learning and technology-enabled education.Coordinate the preparation and maintenance of documentation for NAAC, NBA, AACSB and other applicable accreditation frameworks.Maintain the institutional accreditation compliance calendar and track the closure of observations and action points.Collect evidence from Schools/Departments and validate it before submission.Identify academic quality gaps and recommend corrective and improvement measures.Develop quality benchmarks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for academic processes.Prepare periodic reports and action-taken reports for IQAC review and management.Key Performance AreasAccreditation compliance and timely submission of evidenceCompletion of academic auditsCurriculum review and enhancementOBE/CO-PO attainment complianceTeaching-learning quality indicatorsClosure of identified academic quality gapsTimely IQAC reports and action-taken reportsQualifications and Experience[Ph.D. / Postgraduate degree] in any discipline[X–Y years] of experience in higher education, with at least [X years] in IQAC, accreditation or academic quality rolesHands-on experience with NAAC (SSR/AQAR), NBA (SAR) and/or AACSB processesSound understanding of NEP 2020, UGC regulations and OBE frameworksSkillsStrong coordination and stakeholder management across academic unitsExcellent documentation, data analysis and report-writing skillsAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlinesProficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with ERP or accreditation software is an advantage
