Review and track Work and Material Inspection Requests (WIRs/MIRs); record site observations, identify nonconforming work and follow up NCR corrective actions through approved procedures. Coordinate site interfaces with landscape, civil, roads, water, drainage, electrical and controls disciplines and with utility providers on crossings, tie-ins and inspections. Witness and verify prescribed testing and commissioning, including pipeline pressure testing, flushing, pump performance and operational testing, and irrigation controls functionality. Review close-out deliverables, including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, spare parts, training records and commissioning certificates. Coordinate with site Mechanical and Irrigation Inspectors; provide technical input to package progress reports, meetings, lookaheads and risk/issue registers. Over 12 years of professional experience with a degree or professional qualification. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory for this role. Demonstrable experience in mechanical infrastructure design/design review and construction execution/supervision, including irrigation systems; both design and site delivery experience are essential. Practical knowledge of irrigation systems (drip, bubbler and sprinkler), pumping, hydraulics, HDPE/uPVC/DI pipelines, valves, filtration and irrigation controls. Experience in PMC/PMCM, owner’s engineer, design consultancy, supervision consultancy or comparable infrastructure delivery roles. Experience reviewing technical submittals, conducting inspections, tracking WIRs/MIRs and NCRs, and witnessing pipeline and pump testing and commissioning. Familiarity with Saudi engineering codes, project specifications and utility authority requirements; Saudi Council of Engineers registration as applicable. Proficiency in CAD/drawing review, basic hydraulic analysis, inspection documentation and project reporting; effective English communication skills. Preferred: KSA/GCC experience, TSE irrigation networks, and familiarity with electronic document-control platforms.
