We are building an institutional-grade real estate portfolio across marquee leisure and religious tourism destinations in India.ABOUT THE ROLEWe're looking for an experienced IT Administrator / IT Support Executive to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure — computers, printers, CCTV systems, software applications, networks, and user support. The ideal candidate is a strong independent troubleshooter who can resolve day-to-day technical issues quickly to keep business operations running without interruption.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES●      Systems & hardware: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, operating systems, and office software; manage printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other office hardware.●      Networking & troubleshooting: Configure and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and networking equipment; diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.●      Security systems: Monitor and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and surveillance infrastructure across properties.●      Data & IT security: Ensure data security, antivirus protection, system backups, and access management.●      Applications & AV support: Support installation, upgrades, and maintenance of CRM systems, business applications, and productivity tools; assist with video conferencing systems, projectors, and meeting room technology.●      Asset & user support: Maintain IT asset inventory, coordinate with vendors for procurement and repairs, and provide technical support and training to employees on software and IT systems.REQUIRED SKILLS●      Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.●      Experience in printer, scanner, and peripheral device troubleshooting, and hands-on experience with CCTV installation, maintenance, and monitoring.●      Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.●      Familiarity with antivirus software, system security, and data backup procedures.●      Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple technical issues and provide timely support.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS●      Graduate/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.●      Experience in Real Estate, Corporate Offices, Hospitality, or Service Industries preferred.WHY JOIN US●      Competitive salary package with a fast-growing, institutional-grade real estate organization.●      Exposure to modern technology infrastructure and business systems across a premium hill-market portfolio.●      Professional growth and learning opportunities in a dynamic, collaborative work environment.HOW TO APPLYInterested candidates can share their updated resume at:Email: hr@taradevis.com
