IT Administrator

Department: ITExperience: 4+ YearsEmployment Type: Full-Time/ PermanentLocation: On-site (Vadodara) - local candidates preferredAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure, systems, networks, security, and user support. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in system and network administration, Microsoft 365/Azure, security controls, hardware management, and troubleshooting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain servers, workstations, network infrastructure, and cloud environments including Microsoft 365, AWS/Azure.Administer Windows Server, NAS, Active Directory/Azure AD, and endpoint protection systems.Configure and manage routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls, and NGFW.Manage PSTN/VoIP services and related infrastructure.Implement and maintain security policies, IAM, MFA, firewall configurations, and security protocols.Monitor and manage SIEM tools, endpoint security, and patch management.Manage IT licenses, domains, renewals, and compliance requirements.Plan and execute scheduled data backups and ensure data availability.Provide IT support, hardware and systems management, user assistance, and training across the organization.Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.Maintain proper IT documentation, reporting, and records.Coordinate closely with the DevOps team on infrastructure and technical requirements.Support the architecture and implementation of secure IT policies and resources.Required SkillsProficiency in Windows Server, NAS, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.Strong knowledge of networking, routing, switches, VPNs, firewalls, and network topologies.Experience with NGFW, endpoint protection, SIEM tools, MFA, and IAM.Knowledge of patch management and security protocols.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Good documentation and reporting skills.Knowledge of Adobe Suite products.Familiarity with Visual Studio or Antigravity IDE.Qualification & Experience4+ years of experience in IT Administration/IT Infrastructure Management.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.Proven experience in hardware and network management.Ability to design and implement secure policies for IT resources.Knowledge of APIs, Virtual Machines (VMs), and data pipelines will be an added advantage.What We're Looking ForA proactive IT professional who can independently manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, resolve technical issues efficiently, maintain a secure IT environment, and work collaboratively with internal technical teams.
