By operationalizing governance, Disseqt AI enables teams to innovate quickly while maintaining compliance, reliability, and trust in their AI solutions.Role Description The IT Administrator at Disseqt AI will manage and maintain on-site IT systems and infrastructure to support daily operations in the Bengaluru office. This full-time role includes monitoring servers and workstations, managing user accounts and permissions, and ensuring reliable network connectivity and security. The IT Administrator will provide technical support to team members, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance. The role also involves performing regular system updates and backups, implementing IT policies and best practices, and documenting configurations and procedures. Collaboration with internal teams to support secure AI development workflows and compliance requirements is an important part of the position.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in System Administration and Information Technology to manage servers, endpoints, and enterprise tools.Candidates should possess solid Network Administration skills to maintain, secure, and optimize LAN/WAN, VPN, and related infrastructure.Candidates should possess effective Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve user and system issues promptly.Experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux), identity and access management, and endpoint security solutions is beneficial.Familiarity with cloud services, virtualization, backups, and disaster recovery practices is advantageous.Strong documentation habits, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, AI-focused environment are preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
