IT Administrator – Network, Infrastructure & Project Lead

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deploy greenfield office networks and Wi-Fi from planning to go-live.Configure/manage SonicWall & Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, NAT, ACLs and security.Deploy Cisco/Meraki, FortiSwitch and manage VLANs, routing, STP, LACP, DHCP, DNS and NTP.Conduct Wi-Fi site surveys, RF planning, AP deployment and controller configuration using Meraki, FortiAP, Ubiquiti or Aruba.Install/administer Windows Server 2019/2022/2025, Active Directory, GPO, DNS/DHCP, IIS and AD CS.Deploy SAN/NAS, Dell/HPE servers, RAID and Veeam backup/DR solutions.Manage Hyper-V, Failover Clustering, Live Migration, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune and SharePoint.Handle presales activities, client site surveys, BOM preparation, solution presentations and project documentation.Provide escalation-level troubleshooting, security hardening, firmware updates and change management.Promote Microsoft Copilot and Claude for AI productivity.Required Skills & Experience5+ years in IT infrastructure and network administration.Proven experience delivering end-to-end greenfield network/Wi-Fi projects.Hands-on Windows Server, SAN, physical server and virtualization experience.Strong client-facing communication and technical documentation skills.Valid UAE driving licence required for client site visits.Preferred CertificationsCCNA / CCNPMS-900, AZ-900, MD-102, AZ-800
