IT & AI Automation Specialist

IT / AI & Automation SpecialistStaffworks Group is seeking an IT / AI & Automation Specialist to own the technology side of our business and help us continue building a smarter, faster, and more automated staffing organization.This is much more than a traditional IT role. We are looking for someone who understands how technology can improve the way a business operates and who is constantly asking:“How can technology, AI, and automation help us grow this business?”Duties & ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage our ATS and CRM platforms, including vendor relationships, integrations, optimization, and ongoing development.Serve as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our systems and how our Sales, Recruiting, and Operations teams should be using them.Identify, build, and implement AI agents and automation solutions that eliminate manual work and improve efficiency.Identify new ways to use AI, automation, integrations, and data to help grow revenue, recruit faster, and improve the customer and candidate experience.Partner directly with Sales, Recruiting, and Operations teams to understand business challenges and develop technology solutions that help teams sell more, fill more orders, and move faster.Continuously evaluate emerging technology and recommend solutions that could benefit Staffworks Group.Drive technology adoption, training, and accountability to ensure we are maximizing the value of our technology stack.Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners and help ensure platforms and integrations are meeting business needs.Qualifications & ExperienceExperience managing, supporting, or optimizing business technology platforms, including ATS and/or CRM systems.Experience with AI, automation, system integrations, or workflow automation.Ability to understand business processes and identify opportunities where technology can improve efficiency.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership of technology initiatives from idea through implementation.Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Recruiting, Operations, and leadership teams.Comfortable training users and driving adoption of new systems, tools, and processes.Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry is strongly preferred, particularly experience with staffing ATS/CRM platforms and recruiting technology.If you’re passionate about technology, AI, and automation and enjoy finding smarter ways to solve business challenges, we’d love to hear from you.
