IT & Digital Transformation Director📍 Istanbul – Anatolian Side (multi-site manufacturing operations)On behalf of our client, one of the leading manufacturing companies in its sector, we are seeking an experienced IT & Digital Transformation Director to lead SAP ERP transformation, production digitalization, and systems integration across multiple factory locations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.Lead SAP ERP transformation and migration projects across multiple plants, ensuring process harmonization.Drive the digitalization and automation of manufacturing processes.Optimize enterprise systems, including MES/MOM and Power BI, and manage their performance.Lead IT infrastructure management and systems integration projects.Integrate IoT devices and smart manufacturing systems to optimize data flow across sites.Ensure information security, data governance, and business continuity.Develop user-centric IT services and improve internal customer satisfaction.Build and lead the IT team, and manage vendor and partner relationships.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in a management role, preferably in manufacturing.Proven track record in SAP ERP migration and digital transformation projects (mandatory).Experience managing multi-site operations and cross-functional transformation projects.Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, MES/MOM, and Business Intelligence tools.Strong knowledge of system infrastructure, networking, data management, and information security.Practical experience with cloud platforms and hybrid system architectures.Experience in end-user support and IT service management; ITIL knowledge is a plus.Familiarity with project management methodologies and process improvement approaches.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.Based on or with easy access to Istanbul’s Anatolian side, and able to travel between factory sites.This is more than an IT leadership role.
