IT & Digital Transformation EngineerAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven IT & Digital Transformation Engineer to lead and support the company’s digital transformation, productivity systems, ERP development, AI automation, and IT infrastructure.This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical skills with business understanding, process improvement mindset, and the ability to build practical digital solutions that improve speed, efficiency, accuracy, and productivity across departments.The candidate will work closely with management and department heads to identify operational gaps, automate workflows, improve internal systems, and ensure that the company’s technology environment is secure, reliable, and scalable.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Transformation & ProductivityLead digital transformation initiatives across the company to improve productivity, efficiency, and operational speed.Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation, system improvement, and workflow optimization.Build and implement practical digital solutions for different departments such as Operations, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Roastery, Kitchen, and Customer Experience.Develop internal tools, dashboards, forms, workflows, and reporting systems to reduce manual work and improve decision-making.Support a culture of continuous improvement through technology, automation, and lean digital processes.AI, Automation & Software SolutionsDesign, build, and manage AI-powered tools and AI agents to support business functions and increase productivity.Automate repetitive tasks using AI tools, APIs, workflow automation platforms, and internal software solutions.Build department-specific systems that help teams complete tasks faster, with better accuracy and less dependency on manual follow-up.Evaluate, test, and implement new technologies that can improve company performance.Work with third-party developers or software vendors when needed to deliver custom solutions.ERP System Management & DevelopmentOversee the company’s ERP system and ensure it is properly configured, maintained, and used effectively.Identify ERP gaps and recommend improvements to support business operations.Coordinate with departments to ensure ERP data accuracy, workflow alignment, user access control, and reporting efficiency.Support ERP integrations with other systems such as POS, accounting, inventory, HR, e-commerce, CRM, and productivity tools.Work with ERP vendors or implementation partners to improve modules, fix issues, and develop new features.IT Infrastructure & CybersecurityEnsure the reliability, security, and efficiency of the company’s IT infrastructure.Manage and monitor company hardware, software, networks, cloud services, user accounts, and access permissions.Implement cybersecurity best practices to protect company data, systems, and digital assets.Maintain proper backup, recovery, access control, and data protection procedures.Monitor risks related to email security, user access, passwords, devices, cloud platforms, and third-party applications.Support compliance with internal IT policies and cybersecurity standards.Productivity Systems & ToolsAdminister and improve productivity platforms such as ClickUp, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, communication tools, and task management systems.Build workflows, automations, dashboards, templates, and reporting structures inside productivity systems.Ensure proper usage of project management and task management systems across departments.Train and support employees on using digital tools effectively.Monitor system adoption and recommend improvements to increase accountability and execution speed.Data, Reporting & Business IntelligenceBuild dashboards and reports to help management track performance, productivity, operational efficiency, and department KPIs.Connect data from different systems to create useful insights for decision-making.Improve data accuracy, structure, and visibility across the company.Support departments in creating automated reports instead of manual spreadsheets when possible.Vendor & Technical Support ManagementCoordinate with software vendors, ERP providers, IT service providers, and external developers.Evaluate new software, tools, subscriptions, and platforms before implementation.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees when needed.Maintain documentation for systems, workflows, access permissions, integrations, and technical processes.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Strong understanding of IT systems, software solutions, ERP systems, automation, and digital transformation.Experience with ERP systems, business applications, system integrations, or workflow automation.Good knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, access control, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure.Ability to analyze business processes and convert them into practical digital solutions.Experience with productivity tools such as ClickUp, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Notion, Monday.com, or similar platforms.Basic to intermediate programming or scripting knowledge is preferred.Experience with APIs, automation tools, databases, dashboards, or AI tools is a strong advantage.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with different departments.Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred SkillsExperience with AI agents, automation platforms, and no-code/low-code tools.Knowledge of ERP platforms such as Odoo, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, SAP Business One, or similar systems.Experience with POS, inventory, accounting, HR, CRM, or e-commerce system integrations.Knowledge of Power BI, Looker Studio, Excel Power Query, SQL, or dashboarding tools.Understanding of Lean thinking, process improvement, and operational excellence.Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or multi-branch operations
